We don't fully understand it, but we find it endlessly amusing to watch hardcore clips that are shot in a foreign language. Perhaps it's because porn tropes are so universal that language barriers are really no barrier at all to following the story. Or maybe it's because it is so much more fun to make up your own story. For example, in our interpretation, this man has just traded his Alfa Romeo sports car for a stake in a shopping cart manufacturing concern, when a young woman suffering from kidney stones happens by. After helping her find a quiet place to pass the stone, she thanks him by accepting his offer to test the durability of his new bathroom stall hinge designs. See? Isn't that much more entertaining than two complete strangers fucking in a toilet?
