Holy crap, why didn't somebody tell us that prostitution is legal in Rhode Island? It's true! You are free to solicit sex for money as long as all the conduct happens indoors, except ... not for long, because now they want to change that law. Why? Because of Eliot Spitzer. Thanks a lot, jerk.
