A judge who plays with a penis pump while in the courtroom is just a perv, but a judge who maintains a publically accessible personal website with photos of "masturbation, public sex and contortionist sex ... a slide show striptease featuring a transsexual, and a folder that contained a series of photos of women's crotches as seen through snug fitting clothing or underwear" sounds totally like someone we'd want to hang out with (even if that whole bodypainted-women-as-cows thing sounds a little dodgy).
