This week, I decided to mix up the Best of Reddit a bit by fusing a couple Ask Reddit posts together. Sex and intimacy go hand in hand, and it's not uncommon for boredom in the bedroom to be mirrored in the time you two spend together. I have good new, though, for both can be easy to fix with a fresh perspective - which, of course is what I'm here for.
Today I went through the responses on "Redditors currently in a relationship, besides dinner and a movie, what are your favorite activities for date night?" and "Couples who have different sex drives, how do you make it work in the bedroom?" to look for the best ideas and was positively delighted with what I found. Enjoy, dear Fleshlings:
I have the exact same philosophy, and it's amazing.
Dance Dance Revolution is always a hilarious idea too.
At least all the time.
The snack analogy really is so perfect.
Sex is sometimes like getting out of bed in this morning - it's so much easier once you start going through the motions.
The Emperor's New Groove is the only movie you need for this, TBH.
Making room for "no" is one of the kindest things you can do.
Watching movies and TV together is awesome, but it's not exactly emotionally intimate.
