All Other Gifts Are Pretty Lame Now

For most, if not all of us, birthdays really just come and go. Sure, there might be a little celebration with a few people over a store-bought cake. And you might get the movie or book you’ve had your eye on for some time, but really, birthdays are just no big deal. We can blame it on getting older, but really, the problem is none of us get a kiss on lips from Charisma Carpenter like Clare Kramer received. 

Honestly, I’m sitting here thinking back to my last birthday. I’m pretty sure I had a fancy cupcake from a fancy bakery, had some drinks with friends, and got a couple of books. How freaking lame is that when someone can get kissed on the lips by Charisma Carpenter?!? And you thought getting older was the worst part about birthdays. Well, move over age, Charisma Carpenter kissing Clare Kramer square on the month to celebrate her birthday has moved into the top spot.  

That it’s, I’m putting my foot down, I’m declaring all birthdays from here on out null and void. What’s the point have a cake or ice cream or getting gifts when someone gets lock lips with Charisma Carpenter? I guess only Clare Kramer will have a birthday from now on.
