Scarlett Johansson Would a Great Name for Someone in a Romance Novel

Even though I have never read a Harlequin romance novel, I have a strange feeling the many writers of those sexy books are a little upset at Scarlett Johansson for having the perfect name for a heroine which they can never use.  

Sure, I’ve never looked inside any book with the title The Princess and The Blacksmith or Hidden Lust or Super Sexy Funtime, but you know that most likely, there were many, many characters with the first name Scarlett and/or the last name Johansson, which were forever taken away from those authors when ScarJo came onto the scene. Plus Scarlett Johansson looks exactly like what we all picture the fair maiden, the princess, the corporate executive, or whatever strong female in need of a good man lives in the pages of these types of books. You know, I kind of feel for those writers because Scarlett Johansson is perfect name and Scarlett Johansson is the perfect picture what you hope your readers would see. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out if any Harlequin authors attempted to get their books turned into movies with the hopes of having Scarlett Johansson play the lead. I’ll admit I would totally see that movie.  

On the other hand, I don’t feel bad for those writers at all because Scarlett Johansson is so freaking sexy, I would hate to live in a world without her. I’m sure there are plenty of other sexy names out there for them to use like Belinda or Charity or Ivana Humpalot.
