MILF supreme Sarah Vandella is the victor in the Throated Deepthroat Challange and has been crowned Ms. Throated 2016. She beat her closest competitors Karmen Karma and Adriana Chechik in the fan-voted contest along with fellow contestant AVN Female Performer of the Year Riley Reid, AVN Best New Starlet Abella Danger, Anikka Albrite, Allie Haze, Morgan Lee, and Abby Cross.

“Congratulations to Sarah Vandella on becoming Ms. Throated 2016,” said Jon Blitt, VP of MyXXXPass in a press release. “The contest was incredibly close and Karmen Karma and her fans made it a close race to the very end with Sarah Vandella. The last couple of weeks we were not sure which of the ladies would take the win. I would like to thank all of the contestants and especially our top three Sarah, Karmen, and Adriana for making it an exciting and competitive contest till the very end.”
