A Guide to AVN’s Best Ingenue Movie Nominees

AVN introduced the "Best Ingenue Movie" category this year, and it replaces the whole "teen-themed" category. It seems like a solely PC-type of adjustment when you first look at it, but the new category does make a point of what it can be: the emergence of younger performers who might possibly be the next big thing that we will be watching on-screen for years to come. These movies and the performances in them give us a glimpse of where porn is heading, and that can be an inspiring, sexy thing. Check out some of these nominated titles this weekend.

"American Nannies" from B. Skow for Girlfriends Films

My fellow Fleshbot staffers adore director B. Skow's stuff: Here's Tucker Bankshot expressing his love for this title and sharing a gallery and the trailer for this title. With Carter Cruise and Dakota rocking their scenes in this, it's hard to pass this title by.

"Best New Starlets 2015" from Elegant Angel

Dreadneck, AKA Derek Dozer, directs these scenes that feature some of the most fan- and critic-loved starlets on the scene. Cruise stars in this, and I enjoyed August Ames' scene here a lot.

"Casting Couch Amateurs 13" from, Porn Pros

I like the simplicity of this series, and this is a fine entry in it, with Ames working her beautiful body like I love watching her do and Teanna Trump looks beautiful in this. Check out Porn Pros if you have not already.

"Corrupt Schoolgirls 11" from Reality Junkies/Mile High Media

I think you either like the whole schoolgirl kink or you don't. Me? I was kicked out of a Catholic school as a young'un (for real) and the little plaid skirt will always hold a special place in my twisted libido. Director Bobby Manila not only gives us hot young chicks in those plaid skirts but he gets seriously great male talent like Erik Everhard and Manuel Ferrara to instruct and bang these fine examples of American youth. Good stuff.

"Cuddles" from Smash Pictures

I really dig Elektra Rose, and she looked pretty great in this, and who doesn't like Ariana Marie? I just don't like how she looks on this cover. Luckily, she looks better in the movie...

"The Cute Little Babysitter 5" from New Sensations

This is one of my favorite releases from this category, and here's what I had to say about the Ames scene in it. Director Paul Woodcrest just killed it here, and this has a totally solid cast. I was a teenage babysitter, and sadly, it was never as sexy as this.

"Ho in Headlights" from Bang Productions

Not the most flattering title for a porn series, but Bang fans will accept no substitutes, plus Abella Danger's scenes for Bang are pretty uniformly awesome because they rightfully adore her.

"Kayden Kross' Casting Couch 2" from Airerose

The genius of this series is when director Kayden Kross takes these young newbies and unleashes the sexual force of nature that is her husband Ferrara on them. None of the chicks are prepared for the kind of sex the man dishes out, and Kross wisely just steps back and captures it all. I fucking love this series.  Here's Elsa Jean talking abut her experience performing in this release.

"School Girls Love Monster Cocks" from Third Degree Films

More schoolgirl fun, but this one is directed by AVN's reigning Male Performer of the Year Mick Blue, and he casts his stuff really well. Riley Reid is fucking great in this, as she is in pretty much everything. I always expect "monster cock" to indicate that we get to see Frankenstein's monster's cock in the movie. Imagine the letdown...

"Slut Puppies 9" from Jules Jordan Video

AVN Hall of Famer Jules Jordan directs this series, and I think that Marie looks better in Jules Jordan video movies than she does in any other company's stuff. They just get her and beauty. This is a well-loved series and you get Cruise and Dakota in this release too. Recommended.

"Super Cute 2" from Hard X

AVN Director of the Year nominee Mason really nailed it with this release starring then Hard X contract performer Mia Malkova. Here's what I had to say about the Malkova's scene when I first saw it. Mason shot some insanely great stuff of Keisha Grey last year, including this release, for sure.

"Teen Matinee" from Kelly Madison Productions

Performer/director Ryan Madison evokes a sweetness in this teen-themed release that really worked for me. It has one of my all-time favorite Jillian Janson scenes in it and Karla Kush looks wonderful in this. The tone of this release is just fabulous . . . really worth your time.

"Teen Wonderland 3" by Babes

I love the lighting of this release and Aidra Fox's natural beauty looks fucking great in it, along with everyone else's. This is good, but it didn't feel as special to me as some of the other stuff in this category.

"The Teen-aholics$ 4" from Joey Silvera/Evil Angel

AVN Hall of Famer Joey Silvera's pervy love for teens is front and center in this fine entry in the series. Here's what I thought of the Daisy Haze/Melissa May scene in this when it first came out. Pretty butterflies...

"Young and Corrupt" from Brazzers

This is the first of a new Brazzers series and Brazzers is fucking great at shooting teen scenes. I think this series has potential, and Haze looks great here. Haze's scene in this shows her before she got the dreadlocks, and she was a fresh-faced, young porno girl. Very fun.
