THROWBACK THURSDAY–Kitty Stryker’s Five Favorite Retired Performers

I have to admit, my smutty tastes tend towards the 70s, and the current trend in porn parodies. But these are performers I *think* are retired and who I would love to perform with!

1. Belladonna.

Belladonna was my first pornographic love, and she's still the one who is guaranteed to get my clit hard. I love that she's filthy, and kinky, sure, but I mainly love that she seems to be having fun on set, and has that cute gap in her teeth. I feel like we'd get along, which is something I value in a co-performer. Plus, have you seen Bella Loves Jenna? It's like if David Lynch made porn. Amazing.

2. Sinnamon Love.

Sinnamon Love is beautiful, so freakin' smart, and, judging from her Instagram, an incredible cook! Her piece in the Feminist Porn Book on race and pornography is incredible and I recommend everyone read it. Plus, who doesn't love a woman who plays board games?

3. Ron Jeremy.

Is he retired, or semi-retired? Ron Jeremy is the real life version of the imaginary dirty uncle character I have in my head. He's so game for anything, and I love his non-sex performances in Malice in LaLa Land and Batman XXX. I think we'd have a scene that would be fun and silly, probably costumed and with a ridiculous script, and I'd ask so many questions about his career and what's changed in the industry off-screen.

4. Seka.

Seka is still gorgeous. I would feel so completely in awe. Her testimony in front of the Meese Commission is inspiring to a sex activist like me! I think she's even pro-union for porn performers. Her advice about owning your content and controlling your own image is so right on. Pretty and political? Sign me right up.

5. Asia Carrera.

Asia Carrera is droolworthy and, again, so fucking intelligent! A Mensa member who's also an atheist? That gets me wet. I'd love to film in a library where we exchange our favourite banned books before getting busy in the stacks. She's also a massive geek, and that's totally my jam.
