Afraid Of The Stigmas Around Therapy? Try Naked Therapy

It's never easy to admit that you have a problem, whether it's sex addiction, alcoholism, or bathing in bleach. Often the most difficult part of overcoming your problems is seeking out a therapist to help you, but Sarah White has made it easier for you to get the help you may desperately need. 

Ms. White is known as The Naked Therapist™ (link below), and for just $250 per one hour session, she'll get nude and help you navigate the murky waters of life. So how does it work? Well, it's pretty simple.

A Naked Therapy session takes place via webcam. The Naked Therapist generally starts clothed and undresses over the course of the session, yet the process of undressing varies according to the clients’ desires. During the Naked Therapy session the therapist and client talk about what’s on the client’s mind, just like in a talk therapy setting, but in Naked Therapy the client and therapist also engage in arousal-enhancing conversations and activities. Such as what? That really depends on the client and the client/therapist relationship.

After graduating with a BS in Biology, I began conceiving of a therapeutic modality that could help people achieve richer, happier, more arousing lives by providing them with opportunities to explore themselves openly and honestly in the hopes of discovering and implementing unique and life-changing insights.

And what are her credentials you might ask?

First off, I am not a licensed psycho-therapist. In fact, I can’t be licensed because my techniques are considered unethical by state licensure boards. However, I have studied psychology, human sexuality, and social biology, and I have helped hundreds of people, many of whom say that Naked Therapy has made a huge difference in their lives. Further, I consider myself highly skilled at talking, listening, and counseling while also being arousing 

Nothing says "I'm not a real doctor" quite like an emoticon. You read that right, Ms. White is not a licensed therapist or a doctor. She does have a BS in Biology however, which is close enough to being a doctor I suppose.

As my clients will tell you, it’s not only far from it, it’s far better. While I generally get naked in my sessions, it’s done in a way that fits into the progress of the client. Sometimes I use nakedness in the same way a traditional therapist might use techniques like dream analysis, free association, or neuro-cognitive reprogramming. Other times we get naked as part of an attempt to help open the client up to talking about fantasies, sexual or relationship issues, or confidence concerns. And sometimes we just get naked because we know it will help the client feel better in the moment. But no matter the reason for getting naked, it occurs in a way that is very different and far more engaging and arousing than anything a “cam girl” might do. Sex workers are there to give their clients a pleasurable experience. And while I’m happy to provide a pleasurable experience to my clients, I am also there to help my clients gain insights that can be hard to come to, challenging, and often uncomfortable. That’s why it’s therapy, and that’s why it’s ultimately a more fulfilling experience than sex camming.
