The Lelo Iris makes me think of that darn Goo Goo Dolls song almost immediately so let's get that out of the way, shall we?
OK then. The folks at Lelo call this a "pleasure object" and as a vibrator, it definitely lives up to that high-falutin' title. The Lelo Iris that I received for review is louder than I expected it to be, however, and the Stockroom website claims that it is "nearly silent". I don't mind the sound--hell, the sound occasionally makes me wet--but some people might not care for that noise.
It is a rechargeable vibe and runs at multiple speeds and pulses depending on how you press the single button near the base. It is silicone with a plastic ridge around the edge that I am not crazy about because of how it might be a challenge to clean but I am kinda particular about that stuff. You can clean this with anti-bacterial soap and water. However, it is not waterproof so be careful with that.
The vibrator comes with a satin pouch for storage, an AC charger, a very swanky product registration card that entitles you to a one year warranty, an instruction manual and a thoughtful packet of Lelo "personal moisturizer" AKA lube that is safe with their silicone toy.
It retails for $134 and you can buy it from Stockroom by clicking here.
