When you put Mariah Carey before the perverted lens of Terry Richardson you know you're going to get something jerk-off-able, and that's just what happened when the mustachioed photog and the lungful singer got together to shoot the cover of the new Wonderland magazine.
If you're surprised to see the pop queen on Terry's Diary (link below), the online destination of one of America's most notorious shutterbugs, don't be. Mariah has a history of pushing the envelope of acceptability, and this isn't the first time she's teamed her goodie-two-shoes image with a less than desirable.
You may recall that Mariah teamed up with the Wu-Tang Clan's Ol' Dirty Bastard for the 1995 hit "Fantasy (Remix)." In a sense, she pioneered a rough-and-smooth mix that is now standard pop music form. You don't think of Mariah as an innovator, probably because you're too busy looking at her bust.
We're likely to see much more of the cleavage-baring babe as her 14th studio album is about, as the kids say, to drop. It's called "Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteause" and it sounds like a crazy disc, but what else can we expect from a performer of her caliber? When you reach this level of stardom, it's expected that you have ego-trips and go a little nuts.
