And we're not messing around! We want to see some license and registration for that ass, because it's criminal to be so fine (har har). But when it comes down to it, we prefer our scofflaws in booty form. It's one of the better forms that's out there, ya know.

Fine butts are much preferable to groups of young ruffians with misguided spray paint or troublemakers of the petty theft variety. We kinda want to rough this ass up a little, though. But it's okay! It's all in the line of booty duty.
