Dog parks: we understand that they're necessary, but for those of us who don't own puppies, they're kind of a boring use of public space. But hey, now that super foxy Italian actress Rosy Dilettuso has shown us the light, we are 100% down with dog parks. You can sunbathe topless at dog parks! Who knew?

Or, maybe you can't, but Rosy did, and we think this practice should really catch on elsewhere. Let the dogs run free and then let the funbags frolic! Just, you know, be careful where you recline. Some pet owners are not as considerate as others (yes, we're talking about you, every pet owner in DUMBO, where we now work).
