What Color Are Your Panties, Phoebe Price?

The jury is still out on whether or not Phoebe Price can rightly be considered a celebrity. On the one hand, the paparazzi follows her around, and she does have an IMDB page. On the other hand, her main use to the paparazzi seems to be that she's known for flashing her panties...and, for that matter, we don't actually remember any of her alleged movie roles. So...we guess we're still undecided? (Egotastic)
