"My Plaything" is an intriguing series from Digital Sin that's been around for ages (Jenna Jameson did two in the early Aughts) and features one girl in a variety of interactive porn situations. Audrey Bitoni's isn't flawless, but there are some great moments that really make it worthwhile.

This is a three-disc set, by the way, so if you'd like a ton of porn for your money this is a great deal. Disc One is titled "Good Girl," Disc Two "Bad Girl," and Disc Three has all the extras, including five bonus, non-interactive scenes. That's a lot of content. I like interactive porn, and I don't think it's just because all women have penis envy, Dr. Freud. It's the control factor. I can watch what I want to see, over and over again (doggystyle, masturbation, Audrey coming on cue), without having to sit through the stuff I don't want to see.

Obviously the idea of a performer being a "plaything" is a little weird, but there's also a lot of focus on the woman's pleasure and her response to you, the viewer. I love the idea of there being a "cum on cue" option for Audrey as a counterpart to the "cum shot" option in, say, a blowjob scene. Though Audrey's delivery is a little fake and overdone, so is most interactive porn for the same viewer-centric reasons above. As far as the differences between "Good Girl" and "Bad Girl" go, there aren't many. Sure, "Bad Girl" might be a little raunchier, with more intense dirty talk and a tease scene in a strip club, but "Good Girl" has Audrey dressed as a cowgirl fucking the viewer/stunt cock in a bar. Um, we're pretty sure that's not on our list of "good girl" role-playing. Then, in the "Bad" part she's a naughty secretary. Maybe they got mixed up here. Audrey throws herself into every scenario with enthusiasm and eagerness, and I didn't get bored by it just being her without another performer. She's great at engaging with the camera, which is key in interactive porn.

In his review of Lexi Belle's "My Plaything," Gram suggested that the fact that the viewer has to be actively involved in choosing scenes actually means the performer has control over you, rather than the other way around. Which, frankly, is some crazy "Wall-E" shit, so I don't know, but I like the idea that a viewer being a performer of sorts, rather than passively enjoying other people's fucking, is somehow empowering to Audrey and Lexi Belle. I'm just not sure it's true. Basically, I spent a lot of time thinking about the philosophy behind this type of porn, but the facts are these: Audrey Bitoni is hot. You get to see her in dozens of hot situations in this movie. You get to choose which ones you want to watch first/at all. And did I mention there's an option to watch her come over and over again? Yeah, that's awesome.
