TMZ reports that Joanie Laurer (a.k.a, former wrestler Chyna) went to Vivid Entertainment's Steven Hirsch to ask him to breathe life into her porn career. We figure now is a good time to think about the relationship between the wrestling world and the porn world.
Chyna isn't coming back with another amateur sex tape; she's going to be paired up with Evan Stone and Lee Stone in a legitimate, professional film. She literally walked into the Vivid office and requested to work with some of the best guys in the industry. We can't help but wonder what a Rocco Siffredi/Chyna scene would look like (we bet the tables would turn rather quickly), but we're still rather excited about the prospect of the Stone boys working with Joanie in a film called "Backdoor to Chyna."
So while you're preparing to see Ms. Laurer have more anal sex on camera, let's take a look at some other professional wrestlers who have dabbled in adult entertainment.

Jasmin St. Claire
This Brazilian/Russian beauty was recently inducted to the AVN Hall of Fame for the gangbang films she did in the late 90s that had her fucking huge numbers of men (hundreds, we believe) in extremely short periods of time. This kind of physical endurance helped St. Claire when she entered the ECW ring to face off against the "Queen of Extreme" Francine Fournier. Their first and only match ended in a disqualification, but at least both women stripped to their undies first.
St. Claire may not have had many matches of her own, but she remained close ties with the wrestling community—often managing specific performers and organizations—long after her porn career ended.

Tiffany Million
Back in the late 80s, Tiffany Million was Tiffany Mellon, a wrestler with the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (G.L.O.W.). She left the organization in 1989, claiming that the management harassed her because they suspected she was a lesbian. Million started making adult movies, and in a few short years, she had made over 100 films, including one called "B.L.O.W. (Beautiful Ladies of Wrestling)." She left the industry around 1997, but we think her career was damn impressive: she even started her own production company and had a serious relationship with Jill Kelly. These days, Million (er, she calls herself Sandra Scott now) is a bounty hunter and private investigator. What a gal!

David Heath
Not every wrestler interested in adult entertainment wants to be an actor. David Heath, better known as Gangrel or Vampire Warrior, had been wrestling for a long time, working with ECW, WWF, WWE, and a few different independent circuits. A little while back, the production company New Porn Order asked Heath to direct a series of twelve films. His debut film, "Miami Rump Shakerz 2," came out in 2007.
When you think about it, choreographing a fight isn't that different from choreographing porn, so we're sure that Heath did an excellent job with these fine films. The cover art might not look like much, but come on, it's porn box cover art.

Candice Michelle
Candice Michelle was pretty darn popular a few years ago when she was a WWE Diva. She was taken aboard the team during the televised "WWE Diva Search," she became the Women's Wrestling Champion in 2006, and she even made appearances on "Family Feud," "Project Runway," "American Chopper," and other shows. But did you know that she was a serious foot fetish model?
Yes, our Candice used to go by Mackenzie Montgomery, and she made dozens of softcore, bondage, and foot fetish films. Oddly enough, her most popular pornographic work is actually from a movie that was never released. The clip you see above features Candice Michelle in a lesbian poolside scene with Belinda Gavin, a contestant from "American Gladiators." Ah, "American Gladiators," now there's a sexy show.
