Dirty Subliminal Messages, Or Just A Really Hot Photo?

It seems a few New Yorkers are up in arms about the notion that this image (which appears as a billboard in our fair city) supposedly says the word "fuck."

We can sort of see it (the chair is the F, the panties the U, and the CK the, well, CK)...but even if it doesn't literally say fuck in words...it certainly says it, uh, not in so many words.
