Lady Gaga is no stranger to exposure of, well, any kind. So it's not that surprising that our pop music heroine has gone and exposed (part of) herself to promo her latest album.

if only she could get away with using this as the album cover...damn those censors at Wal-Mart! (And damn whoever talked Gaga out of doing a full frontal promo shot. Because that would be even better for album sales, we're sure.)
