Though there are many aspects of "Bored to Death" that might make a true New Yorker go, "Hmmm?", last night's locker room scene was, surprisingly, not one of them. Yes, folks: there really is a place this magical.
Where is it, you ask? Deep in Queens, far beyond the reaches of public transportation. On the bottom level of a massive complex filled with all manner of jewel-encrusted saunas and fancy whirlpools lies a wondrous locker room filled with women walking around in various stages of undress (there's also a set of saunas and pools that can only be used if you're in the nude). Oh, and, best of all? You open your locker with a magical wristwatch.
Of course, you don't have to be female (or pretending to be female via a clever ruse involving a face towel) to experience this magic. You just have to be female if you want to see the naked ladies.
