In the distant future, historians will assume that paparazzi were part of a social police force dedicated to making sure that all celebrities wore their panties when out and about. Frankly, they won't be too far off.

Anyhow, we're pretty sure that Elizabeth Hurley is wearing underwear in this photo, but we did have a moment of doubt. If she wants to hit the town without panties, that's perfectly fine by us! She's a strong, independent woman. But try telling that to the ultra-stuffy historians of the future.
