Medically speaking, it's probably not a good idea to seek health treatments from three trailer trash nurses who hold office hours in the back of van. (You don't want to know where those tongue depressors have been.) If you are in need of other services, however, they will be a tremendous help. A three-way "examination" under a dirty old tree will probably not cure anything that actually ails you, but at least it will temporarily make you feel better.
