AVN Awards Red Carpet With A Touch Of Grey

Can anyone doubt that Porn has vaulted to the mainstream firmament when the AVN Awards is graced by both Flava Flav and Robin Leach? Of course one could. But Sasha Grey added some real star power to this weekend's festivities.

Grey, who had so many documentary crews following her this week that she looked like the Porn Piper, hosted AVN Awards Red Carpet coverage for Showtime with her voice very comfortably in shreds.

Each year more media (including Robin Leach, who took our camera spot and texted until he grew bored) arrive to cover the AVN Awards, and the scene this weekend at the Palms in Las Vegas resembled something almost as classy as the Daytime Emmys (after all, Kelli McCarty was there) and way safer than the Vibe Awards.

Among our favrite snaps: Jiz Lee, April Flores, Courtney Trouble, and Dylan Ryan hamming it up, Manuel Ferrara looking troubled, the glamorous Belladonna and her lucky-ass husband Aiden, Nikki Hunter looking like she wanted to give us a tongue bath, Sunny Lane and Tom Byron looking content, Dane Cross without glasses (with Faye Reagan in the background for a change), Kelli McCarty with AVN Awards host Dave Atell, Lexi Love looking frank, and charming carpet couple Rocco Reed and Asa Akira.

We're happy to be home, but we had a great time.
