In an act of tremendous public service, model Lauren Brown and photographer Shawn Dogimont have teamed up to demonstrate the proper way to remove a wetsuit.

Although if you ask us, there's no wrong way to remove a wetsuit—provided you end up naked at the end. (It's kinda like eating a Reese's peanut butter cup.)
