l have always enjoyed the reliability of a straightforward, unadorned vibrator. The Siri threatened to overcomplicate my simple pleasures, but instead of detracting from the main event its array of options only added to the fun.
For those times when I just want to get in and get off, the most effective means is a vibrator with one simple option—on, off. The Siri works for taking care of business this way, but also serves to open the gateway to a more leisurely experience. Although I did have to consult the user's manual to familiarize myself with the on/off commands, once I did the rest became pretty straightforward. The Siri doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles: no spinning mechanisms, studs and grooves, or bunny ears to speak of. It does have four buttons, two for adjusting speed and two for scrolling through (and back to!) various "pleasure modes."
The modes are where I was pleasantly surprised. There are six to experiment with, including the standard constant buzz. I expected there would be a rapid broken buzz, slow broken buzz, etc. But there are a couple settings I did not anticipate, and found quite enjoyable—one I especially liked increased frequency in a crescendo, then eased off before going back into it again. Very nice. Although I actually didn't find the Siri to be the strongest vibrator even at its highest frequency, it was still fairly strong and did its job.
In addition to its pretty, demure appearance, the Siri has a wall charger (which after a quick plug-in allowed for a full session), doing away with pesky batteries. A great bonus. Overall a nice little toy to add to the arsenal, for those times when you want to sit back and enjoy the ride.
