Sadly, we've only had a limited exposure to French women in the short span of our lifetime. But the little exposure we have had leads us to believe that this clip from "The Chameleon" is an accurate representation.

To wit: French women are impulsive, exuberant, and enjoy taking off their tops. In other words, they're pretty damn awesome.
