Barbara Is So Freaky, Her Husband Has To Visit Freud

We're explaining this poorly. Barbara Romaner plays Alma Mahler, and her extramarital affair gets her famous composer husband, Gustav, in such a fuss that he goes to Freud for advice. Point is, you know you're freaky when you prompt psychotherapy.

But based on the way that Mrs. Mahler moves in this film, she clearly already knows that she's freaky. Lifting her dress, breaking chairs, expressing her passion through a strange sepia-tone blur; these are all typical hobbies of the German super fox.
