We may have had our doubts about whether this blurry figure was actually a vacationing Stephanie Seymour, but the crack team over at the Daily Mail has confirmed that it is indeed the former Victoria's Secret model, sans top.

We know a lot of people have complained about the state of journalism today, but if publications like the Daily Mail are investing their resources in this kind of crack reporting, well, we, for one, think the grand old profession of newspapermaking is doing just fine. Just fine indeed.
