The Hua is a rather futuristic looking vibe featuring a smooth vaginal penetrator along with that ever-so-desirable clitoral attachment. But can you judge a book (vibe) by its slick cover?
I had high hopes for the Hua, as I prefer my penetration with a hearty side of clitoral stimulation and it looked as if it would blow me away. And, don't get me wrong, I was able to achieve lift-off... But the ride was more akin to — in keeping with flight-related metaphors — a jumbo jet than a rocketship.
Now, I enjoyed the features and functionality of the Hua. It's rechargeable, plugging into a discreet covered opening at one end, has many different vibration modes with + and - buttons to control intensity, and has fun LED lights to let you know you've entered the next state. These modes are actually the most impressive aspect of the toy for me — separate motors control each rumbly end, and some of the vibration patterns are among the more sensual I've experienced. Everything else worked as expected. I very much appreciated the presence of the clitoral stimulator, although its design makes it curve away from the clit at its point; it's pretty, but I would have liked if that point of contact were better utilized.
Nonetheless, Zini's Hua accomplished what it set out to do and makes for a solid, though perhaps uninspired, vibrator/dildo experience. If you're looking for not so many bells and whistles, a cool look, and the joy of no battery-wrangling, the Hua is a trusty and reliable companion.
