We've been wanting to see "Biutiful" ever since it was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at this year's Academy Awards (we kind of have a thing for Javier Bardem). And now to find out that Maricel Álvarez has an extended topless scene in the movie, too?

Well, if there's any rating higher than "Absolute Must Watch," then "Biutiful" has earned it.
