The Most Convincing Fake Celebrity Nude Photos

The fake Blake Lively pics from this morning made us feel like searching for the most convincing naked celebrity crop-and-paste jobs we could find. Keep in mind that when we say "convincing," we mean "convincing if not for the way these pictures plunge us into the uncanny valley."

Let's not forget that there are two kinds of phony celebrity images in this world: there are simple tricks made out of Photoshop, and there are photos and videos of people who—because of genetics and poor image qualit—bear a striking resemblance to famous folk. No matter how smart we think we are, both types of fakes can trick us. Shouldn't we know our celebrities better? We watch them obsessively, and what with everyone having seen quite a few shops in his or her time being familiar with the treacheries of Photoshop, it's a surprise that this stuff ever gets past TMZ and the other paparazzi peddlers.

Obviously, some things are meant to be outrageous (see Lucy Liu in the "Ally McBeal" scene above), but what about the earnest fakers? Maybe we just want to see famous people be as perverted, flashy, and careless as the rest of us. For the rest of this post, let's ignore the errant pixels and pretend that everyone you see naked on the internet is exactly who the caption says they are.

Katy Perry
Those eyes, those lips, and those super cool whale sheets all made us pray that this photo was taken by Russell Brand mid-collapse into Katy's glorious breasts. You know, maybe he wanted to share this vision with the world that blessed him with a comedy career! We would totally understand and appreciate that. Sadly, we were strung along by this fantasy for the better part of a day, until some lovely commenters showed us the original photo. (For the record, Russell, it's never too late to send us a picture like this...)
Miley Cyrus
People went Cyrus-crazy the minute Miley turned 18—Hustler even had a parody set to release on the girl's birthday! So when someone claimed that this was a picture of the barely legal blockbuster star, people did everything they could to find the truth. 4chan did everything it could to help—checking the hotel, cross-referencing what Miley was wearing in Spain, hacking her cell phone just to be sure—but we still don't know whether this one is real or fake. Naked photos of dubious origin are still pretty fascinating to us.
Scarlett Johansson
It's one thing for a celebrity to take such a daring naked photo, but it's quite another thing for a celebrity to take a daring naked photo that simultaneously declares his or her allegiance to the West Coast. Even the Californians on the Fleshbot staff were like, "Naw, Scarlett wouldn't do something as silly as alienate the rest of the country." However, if she were to participate in a turf-based hipster tit battle like this, we would move wherever her chest tells us to.
John F. Kennedy
...Sort of. This was supposed to be a photo of JFK partying on a yacht with a bunch of hot females jumping into the water, thus confirming the entire country's suspicions/hopes that Camelot was a straight-up harem where the president hopped into bed with whomever he pleased (sorry, Jackie!) and whenever he pleased. Turns out, this was some random photo taken from a 1969 Playboy article about how to have a sexy party on the open water. Did anybody consider the possibility that Playboy was just covering for JFK?
Kristin Davis
The thing about "Sex and the City" is that there's simply not enough sex happening on camera. Sure, they talk about their exploits all the time, but they never answer the real questions we have. For example: how does Charlotte give blowjobs? So when this alleged Kristin Davis sex tape surfaced, we thought we finally had the answer! Lots of people said this was someone else, but there are a few diehards who still insist it's Charlotte York Goldenblatt. Regardless, we think of this smiling face whenever we watch "Sex and the City" reruns.
JWOWW and Snooki
Did the "Jersey Shore" girls anticipate this kind of fame? Could they have predicted—way back when they sent in their audition tapes to MTV—that people would pine for their nude bodies to such a degree that fake images would circulate? Fame is a strange beast.

Although we're certain that the Jennifer "JWOWW" Farley picture is of some topless "Jersey Shore" admirer, we're not so sure about Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's picture. Some people with way too much free time analysts have pointed out that the background is consistent with verified pictures of Snooki. The possibility that this might be real almost makes up for that alleged Snooki sex tape. Or that Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola picture that was somewhat confusing.
Rihanna
You guys, we heard that this was taken while Rihanna was filming her "S&M" video! She's been talking about how much whips and chains excite her, so it was only natural for the leather bra to push her over the edge and place a cock betwixt her tits. One thing led to another, cameras were whipped out, cell phones were hacked, and now we have the photo. Somebody go tell TMZ. We're gonna be rich for breaking this one.
