When we first laid eyes on the Toyfriend Double, it was love at first sight... But the relationship soon got complicated.
Firstly, there are two styles of the Toyfriend Double. The smaller "Shorty" has one straight-up vibration with a single push button. The pink "Bossy" has three vibration speeds, and a much larger shaft. I tried the Shorty first, which had a decently strong vibration for such a little guy, with most of it concentrated in its oh-so-pleasurable bunny ear (with these toys the ears are united as one). I'm a sucker for clitoral contact, so I played around with just the ears for a while, which was dandy. But then I decided to get down to business and insert its mini shaft—which is where the trouble started. Once inside me, the ear portion was much too high up on my pelvis to deliver those delightful sensations to my clit. If you look at the make of the toy, you can see how that's the case. I was a bit frustrated here so I decided to bring out the big guns, or, the Bossy.
Again I started by playing around with the ears. The three vibration speeds here make great use of the bunny, with deep rumbles emanating from its tip... Fantastic for any clit, I'd venture to say. However, once I lubed up this much more substantial shaft I ran into the same issue as before—the coveted ears were even further up, nowhere near where I wanted them. Now, a great thing about this toy is how flexible the connection between the shaft and bunny is, though it's not enough for simultaneous internal/external vaginal contact. With some experimentation, there may be ways to get the best of both vibraty worlds at once, perhaps anal insertion? But the flexibility is useful because—the name doesn't lie—it's a double vibrator. If you want just clitoral contact you can swing the body out of the way, or if you desire a deep plunge you can push the bunny aside and go to town.
So, I would say if you're looking for the double-time sensations of the ubiquitous Rabbit Pearl this is not the toy for you. However, if you're capricious and susceptible to shifting whimsies, this could be a nice option. It looks good, it doesn't talk back, and it can do what you want: hey, that's an improvement over many a boyfriend!
