Intrepid Reporter Goes Topless In NYC Public Park

Public toplessness! It's totally legal in New York State. Time and again, people try to test this, and though the originality of the concept has waned, it's not like we're ever going to get tired of ladies taking off their tops in public. (And if we are, kill us.) Today's topless reporter is Jamie Peck over at The Gloss...who we just wish had told us about her topless park excursion before she did it (you know, so we could have brought her some snacks).
