Marathi Actress Paints Her Body To Support Hunger Strike

Indian social activist Anna Hazare is on an indefinite fast to urge his government to enact a strict anti-corruption bill. Actress Yogita Dandekar wanted to support Hazare's efforts, so she painted her naked torso. Go politics!

In terms of activist power, this stunt falls somewhere between FEMEN's work and Larissa Riquelme's various vows for Paraguay. On the Riquelme side of things, Dandekar has said that she'll dance naked in parliament if the bill is passed. Sounds kinda familiar, right? Anyhow, we love the hutzpah.
