Reading Is Sexier When It Involves Public Nudity

Is there anything sexier than reading? The old us would have said, "Heck no!" But the new us—the one that's now acquainted with the Outdoor Co-ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society—can say definitively that, sexy though reading may be, people reading pulp fiction in public without their tops on leaves plain old reading in the dust (when they're racing against each other to see who's sexiest, which we guess also makes them faster?).

Anyway: for the past few weeks, the ladies* of the OCTPFAS have taken to the streets of New York City to read all manner of seedy pulp fiction. And, to prove their dedication to the cause of topless public pulp fiction reading, they've read outdoors in all kinds of weather: sun, rain, pre-hurricane... For those looking for new strategies to encourage literacy among the American populace, well, we think OCTPFAS might just be on to something.

*Okay, one quibble. If they're co-ed, shouldn't there be a few gentlemen in this group as well? Granted, we recognize that co-ed can also refer to a female student at a coeducational school, but we're pretty sure that's not the intended usage here. They're definitely losing some nerd points for this one.
