Yasmin Le Bon Takes On “The Night Porter”

Fashion publications are notorious for taking inspiration from a variety of controversial places, but this shoot based on Charlotte Rampling's sadomasochistic Nazi/Holocaust survivor film "The Night Porter" is actually... not surprising. Putting aside the disturbing narrative of the movie itself, Yasmin Le Bon looks gorgeous in the signature fetish gear.

The photography itself, shot by Bryan Adams, is actually much softer than the film that inspired it, lending a gentleness to the tough character Le Bon portrays. We're still not sure how comfortable we are with the idea behind this editorial, but hey, it's from L'Officiel Paris, and this isn't the craziest thing the French have done lately.
