We don't think that a decrepit mental hospital inhabited by evil cannibals is the ideal setting for breathy, stimulating lesbian sex, but what do we know? This is both a prequel and a straight-to-DVD release; there are no rules.

And besides, these two ladies are so absurdly hot that it'd be a crime to deny them two sex scenes. We'd like to think that Tenika Davis and Kaitlyn Wong showed up on set, saw each other, and then asked the director if their major contribution to the film could be erotic in nature. Conveniently, director Declan O'Brien is also the writer of "Wrong Turn 4," so he had no problem arranging a sweaty tryst for these two. We hope straight-to-DVD films are eligible for Academy Awards.
