For (literally) years, Big Brother contestant/model Chanelle Hayes has been appearing "topless" in lad mags, all the while never managing to show a hint of nipple (she was even the inspiration for the word niptease). Now, at long last (and after a serious boob job), Chanelle has deigned to reveal her nipples.

Given all the buildup, we were kind of hoping that Chanelle might be packing something unusual: diamond nipples, perhaps? Laser boobs that would incinerate anyone who gazed upon them?
