Now, "Dick Sauce (Animal Style)" is not for you if you don't like animal-style burgers at In-N-Out (see Ottimo's review, which expands on this), or you're not fond of gagging. I've gone down as anti-gagging, and I will make an exception this once. (Probably also I have made exceptions, and will do so again. I'm a flip-flopper, and I'm not ashamed.) I'm attributing my love of this film in spite of its copious amounts of saliva to one key element: furry animal hoods.

All the cool girls are wearing them! No, really, I'm not trying to peer-pressure you. All these girls are cool, and they are all wearing furry hoods of varying patterns and colors, with ears and "pelts" that drape over their shoulders. These are apparently some sort of headdresses called "SpiritHoods," which, aside from being a hilarious name for a remake of "Ghostbusters" starring NWA, are excellent for making me like your porno before I've even watched it. The hoods also lend a cheeky humor to a pretty savage movie which, by the way, is all blowjobs. There's nothing else happening here.

I find that straight women are tremendously divided on the subject of whether they like giving head. Some women, myself included, feel empowered by taking control of someone else's pleasure. Other women just find the act demeaning. I don't think that's an illegitimate stance either. I think it's a matter of personal opinion. So if you're anti-blowjob, and more importantly anti-violent blowjob, this is not going to work for you. But rest assured, these women are seriously into what they're doing. And, this was directed by Belladonna, who very much considers the female audience for her films.

This has been a lot of analysis and not much review. Usually I would break things down scene by scene. But all these scenes were fantastic. Belladonna, both as a participant and a director, brings out a sensual, electric energy in her performers. One of my faves, Katie St. Ives, is in a pink houndstooth-lined wolf? Dog? Some kind of hood, which prompted a lot of mental Duran Duran jokes. Andy San Dimas, Kristina Rose, Nat Turnher (look at how thrilled he looks in the clip above), Mark Wood; every performer brought his or her A game to this. And how could they not? The return of Belladonna will go down in porn history as one of the most exciting moments ever. Her movies are incredible, and this is no exception. Each interaction is obscene and primal, and absolutely filthy. I loved that. I can't wait to see what she does next!
