The fitness industrial complex may have convinced you that the best way to kick off 2012 is by giving up donuts, hitting the gym, and swearing off that lovely beverage known as alcohol...but Lacey Banghard isn't convinced. Sure, you could do all those things, and maybe add a year or two to your life span; or, alternately, you could crack open a chocolate bar, break in to a box of donuts, and settle in for a nice nap with Lacey.
