Last year, Maryam Keshavarz's "Circumstance" claimed the Sundance Audience Award...and pretty much all anyone could talk about was how much full frontal nudity there was throughout the film. (Okay, they also said stuff about how it was a good movie, too.)
But then the movie came out on DVD and...poof! All the full frontal nudity was gone. What happened? Who made the call to censor the film? We're not sure, and we may never know...but it goes without saying that we're pretty disappointed.
You can take a peek at what remains of the sex scene above. Let's all hope that the Sundance Channel eventually releases the full festival version...so we can all appreciate the full frontal nudity film as the artist originally intended.
