Just because we live in one of the world's great flashing capitals doesn't mean we encounter as many random displays of naked boobage as we'd like, you know—but then again, does anybody? We're hoping the creators of this new site continue to supply us with a steady stream of guerilla mammary encounter videos: after all, having one's lunch hour enhanced by a topless off duty stripper should be a right enjoyed by all, not a privilege for the lucky few.
