Is This A(nother) Nude Picture Of Kim Kardashian?

Did we accidentally step in a time machine and send ourselves back to 2007? Because suddenly it seems like all anyone can talk about is naked pictures of Kim Kardashian.

First there was this previously unseen picture from her Playboy shoot, now The Dirty has released a photo that it claims is Kim Kardashian, nude and pre-boob job. We're not sure whether or not it's real...but we are increasingly convinced that all this naked leakage is part of a nefarious (and, uh, successful) campaign to get the world talking about the reality star again.

[NB: More importantly, can anyone track down an uncensored copy of this? We're on the look out now, but help is always appreciated.]
