You haven't? Oh, well the Breast Angel visits everybody at one point or another. She smears Vaseline over the lens of creation, tip toes into your realm, and tells you your destiny by reading your palm through her ample bosom. Incidentally, most people's destinies involve groping on boobs.

We like the Breast Angel, but we don't think she's a very good fortune teller. In fact, we think she just likes people feeling on her tit. There's nothing wrong with that! If we're going to be visited by any specter, we'd definitely choose her over the Sandman (his breasts are all sandy).
