No Makeup, Little Clothing, Lots Of Positive Vibes For Vogue Germany

Earlier this month, all nineteen international Vogues made a pact to show healthy bodies in their pages, and we think that's just grand. So far, Vogue Germany is doing the best job of being an "ambassador for the message of healthy body image" because their latest issue includes a big ol' spread with models and actresses of many ages and shapes (and even Vogue Germany's editor-in-chief) looking like goddesses.

Will spreads like this promote positive self-image and eating habits in Vogue's readers? We sure hope so. Perhaps the benefit isn't perceptible, but being bombarded with natural human splendor like this has to be good for us. If nothing else, this spread reminded us of how much we like Julia Stegner, and how good she looks when Vogue Germany shoots her in black and white.
