Hot tip: if you want to find some fascinating yet dirty movies on Netflix, look around the biographical drama section, especially at the films about musicians, painters, writers, and other artsy folk. You'll never appreciate the raw talent of a famous figure as much as you will when you watch them use that talent to sleep with gorgeous babes. Today, we offer the stories of a couple of artists whose works inspired great love in the world, and whose biopics inspired great stirrings in our pants.
1. Klimt: Since Gustav Klimt's 150th birthday was last Saturday, we should start this double feature with a look at the man's life and loves. John Malkovich plays the lead role, and as he lies in bed, dying of syphilis, his mind rests upon memories of battling with the censorious government over control of his paintings as well as his passionate love affair with the famous French dancer Lea de Castro, played by the ever-sensual Saffron Burrows. Unfortunately, Saffron uses a body double when you see her front side, but that butt is all hers Naughty parts also flow from the bodies of Veronica Ferres, Arielle Hirshfeld, Verena Mundhenke, all of whom model for Klimt in the buff. Given how erotically charged his works are, it's no surprise that the man's movie is full of beautiful bodies! And you can find these bods at 5:00, 24:00, 25:00, 28:00, 48:00, 49:00, and 1:08:00.
2. Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life: Listening to Serge Gainsbourg is like ear sex--the guy is smooth, sharp, sensual, and has people lusting after him even to this day. "Gainsbourg," which was based on a graphic novel about Serge's life, has received some bad reviews from critics who say it's nothing more than an admiring biopic of an important musician, but we can't imagine what else it's supposed to be. A damning exposition of the man as his beastly alter-ego, Gainsbarre? A chronologically jumbled look at how Serge's boyhood in Nazi-occupied France begat his debaucherous lifestyle? Yes, there are elements of those in the film, but come on: everybody wants to see this self-professed beacon of ugliness chase pretty French pop stars like Brigitte Bardot and Jane Birkin. Fortunately, this movie has lots of that, found at 11:12, 12:00, 26:45, 1:08:30, 1:09:00, 1:29:08, and 1:55:00
