Something about Elena Anaya makes us think she's part water goddess. For one, her character is "Hierro" seems connected to water in an important yet hard to define way. Second, our favorite scene in "Room in Rome" is when Elena and her co-star take a bath together. Third, those pictures of Elena and her lady lover getting it on took place in the ocean. This is her element, her lifeblood, her return to a state of perfect suspension. And did we mention that she looks a little bit like the baby from the cover of Nirvana's "Nevermind" album when she's pushing her way through those blue depths?
