At first glance, this seems like it could be any number of Larry Clark's films. Oh, it has people going down on each other? Sounds like "Ken Park." There are drugs and scary times? It could be "Kids." But "Teenage Caveman" is special: it's about a post-apocalyptic world where society exists in tribes and a bunch of teenagers have run away to live in a solar-powered city inhabited by two super hotties named Neil and Judith who introduce them to sex and drugs and other vices. Oh, and Neil and Judith are indestructible mutants who have been genetically altered to survive a plague and they're always horny.
Tiffany Limos plays Judith, and clearly she's mutated in all the right ways. Plus, props to her for running the greatest civilization in history. Name one other society that's solar-powered and looks like an endless ecstasy party held in your mother's basement while she's out of town. This is obviously the work of a power mad teen dreamed up by Larry Clark for a 90 minute TV movie horror.
