We can all agree that the feeling of Yvonne's knife grazing Dexter's stubble as she holds the blade to his throat probably made Dexter's dick throb. That's obvious, right? Even though our beloved murderer has had a bunch of love interests in his life--even a few who knew his true identity and appreciated his dark side--he's never had anyone like Hannah, and she clearly feels the same. We know this relationship is headed for disaster, especially since she keeps trying to get him to drop his rules about death, but we're hoping they can put the murder aside and still have a sexual relationship. Of course, that's not how this show works.
