We've seen Ellen Pompeo's nipples push through gym clothing before, and that stuff is dense and body compressing, so it's no surprise that these two thin shirts failed to stop the march of her mammaries. However, we are surprised by that cute face that Ellen is making. That's a nice treat.

The little lip biting thing she's doing? It's darling. Maybe she's biting some chapped portion or simply making her thinking face, but it doesn't matter because she's adorable and nipple-y and we're fans of hers despite never having watched "Grey's Anatomy."
